[PapuanLanguages] Managing your subscription

A reminder that the first stop for managing your subscription to the
list should be <papuanlanguages at anu.edu.au>. There you can unsubscribe,
and also change a number of settings, including your email address.
Please note that you can only post to the list from a subscribed
address, but that you can have more than one subscription if you want to
post using different addresses.
