Join the ACT Government and Greening Australia for a pedal-powered view
of
the continuing revegetation work in the Lower Cotter catchment. There
will
be plenty of time for questions about the big events planned for 2007.



When: 8:00am - 11:00am, Saturday 3rd March 2007



What to bring/wear: A mountain bike, bike helmet, water bottle, puncture
kit and a reasonable level of fitness



What to expect: A 24km ride on fire trails, magnificent views over the
Cotter Dam and River, and refreshments along the way



Where to meet: The access gate to Mt McDonald off Brindabella Road at
8:00am. To get there, head west on the Cotter Rd, cross the bridge over
the Murrumbidgee, turn right onto Brindabella Rd and follow the Greening
Australia signs. The access gate to Mt McDonald is two kilometres from
the
Cotter Rd/Brindabella Rd intersection on your left.
