Hi Cyclers,

 

I have arranged for one of the lunchtime pedalpower seminars to be run in the McDonald rm of Menzies Library on Wed 20 May at 12.30. Note that there will be a physio, dietician and cycling trainer at the session so it should be of interest for riders of all levels and non-riders too. All welcome so drag along friends and colleagues. More details below.

TWO MORE PEDAL POWER RIDE TO WORK HEALTH SEMINARS

Pedal Power is holding two more of its popular FREE lunch-time Ride to Work
Health Seminars in mid-May.

At each session there will be a dietitian, a physiotherapist and a
cycling trainer. They will talk about how to get fit & healthy to make that
trip to work, or anywhere else you want to ride.

Each session will start at 12.30 pm (sharp) and will run for 45-60
minutes.

People who don¹t currently ride to work are very welcome, so please
Bring along any interested friends or colleagues.

There is no need to book - just turn up at any of the venues. There
is no security or sign-ins required, You can bring your lunch with you to any session.

The dates and locations are:

Tuesday 19 May @ 1230 - Brindabella Business Park.  The location is Bendora and Googong Room, Brindabella Conference Centre, 33 & 35 Brindabella Circuit.  See map attached - entrance is shown with green arrow.  There is some (one-hour) parking available between building 33/35 and building 37.

Wednesday 20 May @ 1230 - ANU.  The session will be held in the McDonald Room on the ground floor of the Menzies Library, (building 2 on the map - http://campusmap.anu.edu.au/displaymap.asp?grid=cd32).  Also see map attached which shows cycling routes to the Menzies Library (shown as M).
