[R2U.announce] Ride to Work Day 13 October

It's that time of year again...

 

13 October is national Ride to Work Day and as with previous years we are celebrating by holding a free breakfast for all staff and student riders.

 

8am - 9.30am on the grass outside the Gods Café and the demountable where ANUgreen previously resided. 

 

Riders will be treated to:

*  Pancakes

*  Fair-trade espresso

*  Neck and shoulder massages

*  Abs and stretching session courtesy of the ANU Sport & Rec Assoc*

*  Fresh fruit and juice

*  Prizes and giveaways from ANUgreen and the Anu Staff Wellbeing Program

 

 

 

*The abs and stretching session will run from 8.30-8.45am. Places are limited so please RSVP to transport at anu.edu.au if you'd like to participate.

 

The Day to give it a go

 

Haven't ridden for a while or know someone who's been meaning to give cycling a try? Ride to Work Day sets the date for saddling up and giving it a go.

There's also a link to the National registration page which gives you the opportunity to win more prizes, including a Trek bike!
