sas update
Hi Everyone
I would like to inform you of some changes that are about to be
undertaken within SAS. Firstly, Tania Willis successfully applied for
the secondment opportunity as Deputy Manager, Admissions while Sarah
Hawkins is on maternity leave. Our congratulations to her! Tania
officially commenced in the role on March 1 and is currently overseeing
Admissions while Therese Douglass is on leave.
With Tania taking up this post, the Registrar and I have taken the
opportunity to revise the existing SAS organisational structure and
decided that the current Prizes and Scholarships team will roll into two
of our other operational areas - Prizes will become part of Exams and
Graduations, and Scholarships will join the Fees team.
Ultimately the daily responsibilities of staff in SAS will remain
largely unchanged. There will be some reporting line changes and
location changes for some staff. These discussions and plans are
currently underway and Colleges will be notified if there are any
changes in contact details, currently all contact details remain
unchanged.
The SAS organisation charts on the Student Admin Practitioners Site will
be updated in due course.
