Welcome to the latest update from RSS Infoline, an accompaniment to the

Enrolments

	Staffing:

	Adrian has been successful in gaining the ANU05.

	Pat Conroy and Sam Essex have both accepted permanent positions
within the Enrolments and Student Records team.

	Helen Wong has moved permanently to College of Science to
replace Carol Lilley.

	Student Card collection is at the front counter of the Pauline
Griffin Building. Students on Program Leave can collect their card on
their return to studies.

	Reminder to all staff to use the student forms located on the
SAS website.

EXAms, Graduations, Prizes & timetabling

	Farewell and Good Luck!

	Rose Metcalfe has accepted the post of Executive Assistant to
Professor Toni Makkai: Dean, ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences.  

	She will commence in CASS on Monday 4 July, with her last day in
EGPT being Friday 6 May.  

	Rose has worked across a number of areas in DRSS and has been at
the forefront of many excellent initiations; we wish her well as she
embarks on a new challenge!

	All the best Rose, you will be missed!

	Student Admin System Training Schedule April - June 2011 

	1.	All new users must lodge an access form and attend an
Overview Course.  The form, a Training Schedule and Course Outlines can
be found at http://www.anu.edu.au/sas/student_21.
	2.	Should you wish to book a place on a Student Admin
System training course, please log onto HORUS at 
https://horus.anu.edu.au <https://horus.anu.edu.au/>  and go to the
Training Menu and select the Training Catalogue.  You can search for a
particular course using the SA reference number beside the course name.
i.e. SA002 to search for the Overview Course, alternatively you can
email the following details to S21Train at anu.edu.au:

		Name of participant(s)
		Staff ID number(s) of participant(s)
		Contact Phone and/or email of participant(s)
		Area of the University that the participant(s) works in
		Job role of the participant(s)
		Course(s) required

	You will be contacted with confirmation of your request.

	1.	If you require training in an aspect of Student Admin
System not listed on the training schedule or have any questions, please
contact the SBS Helpdesk (X55467).
