The Big Move
As you are probably aware, many parts of DRSS are moving to new premises
at 121 Marcus Clarke Street.
Services to students will cease at Pauline Griffin Building from 12pm on
Friday 19 August. Services to students will recommence at the new
premises from 12pm on Monday 22 August.
What Services will be available from the new Marcus Clarke Street
location?
* Admissions enquiries
* Enrolments and program leave/withdrawal
* Tuition and HECS payments
* Fees and scholarships enquiries
* Transcripts
* Student Cards
* International Student Services
* Overseas health cover enquiries
* Exchange applications and advice
* AusAID
What's staying behind?
The Academic Skills and Learning Centre will continue to teach in the
Pauline Griffin Building. All examinations, graduations, prize and
timetabling services will continue to be delivered from the lower ground
floor of Melville Hall
What won't change?
All of the Division's phone numbers and emails remain unchanged. You'll
be able to contact us the way you always have, you'll just need to walk
in a different direction to find us face-to face.

Course Registry - Important Processing Dates
There are a number of important processing date deadlines coming up.
Please note that some changes to this year's deadlines have occurred.
August
Tues 23rd Aug - Study at 2012 Published
September
Fri 2nd Sept - College returns Approved course fees to
Course.Registry at anu.edu.au
Mon 5th Sept - Class Scheduling College staff access removed
Fri 9th Sept - UEC Meeting
Fri 9th Sept - SBS to notify the Colleges when all the fees have been
configured. Colleges then run Course Fees report for 2220 to check
configured fees.
Fri 9th Sept (approx.) - SBS to notify Colleges when Census and Last
Date to Enrol has been calculated for 2220 and 2240. Colleges then run
Classes on Offer report for first half 2012 (2220 to 2240) to check
class schedules, Census and Last Date to Enrol dates. Any required
changes to be sent to Course Registry by Fri 16th Sept.
Fri 16th Sept - Requests for changes to Census Dates and Last Date to
Enrol sent to Course.Registry at anu.edu.au
Fri 23th Sept - College handbook deadline for RTF to be sent to
Publications Office
October
Sat 1st Oct - DEEWR reporting deadline for 1st half of 2012

Course Registry processing
A large number of approval forms have been sent through to Course
Registry. We are endeavouring to complete these as soon as possible and
request your patience in the meantime. To help improve the efficiency
of processing combined program forms, please ensure that both plans are
included on the form. Approval from the 'other College' should be
obtained before including the plan on the Study at ANU forms. We are not
able to complete processing of combined programs until all data supplied
and missing has been verified as correct.

Training Catalogue. You can search for a particular course using the SA
reference number beside the course name. i.e. SA002 to search for the
Overview Course, alternatively you can email the following details to
