[Sailingclub] sec: unclassified Position of Dragon Boats Outside the club

Members

The club has entered into an agreement to store 6 dragon boats at the
club.  Until storage frames are built inside, they will be stored
outside.  When rigging boats, please rid on the lawn outside ADFA and if
the boat is on a trolley, please launch using the ADFA concrete ramp.

The use of the ADFA ramp for launching boats with trolleys is mandatory
from now on.
