Sounds great ... just one question: who is the Compost Fairy who
removes the full bucket from the carpark and replaces it with an empty
one? Where does it go from the carpark? OK, that's two
questions. Just curious.

A small bucket (more manageable) has replaced the large bucket for
disposal of organic waste (food scraps, tea bags, coffee grounds - please
use the stainless steel sieve to drain-off excess water from tea
leaves/coffee grounds before putting in the bucket).

To ensure the waste is properly managed, the person/s rostered for the
weekly clean-up of the tea room will be responsible for taking the full
bucket and placing it near the stairs in the carpark across the road from
the Forestry building. An empty bucket can be collected from the
same spot.
Over the last 3 weeks the bucket needed emptying only once a week but
please make sure it is emptied late on Friday afternoon so it's not
sitting around over the weekend.

Confused? Need to be pointed in the right direction? See
