Hi everyone,

The abstracts from papers and posters presented at the phytolith and starch
conference recently held at the Australian National University in Canberra
are now available for viewing on the web. Go to http://car.anu.edu.au and
follow the links into the conference web site.

We are hoping to have the conference proceedings ready for publication by
mid next year as a Terra Australis monograph series (published by the
Centre for Archaeological Research at ANU).  If there is anyone else out
there who did not attend the conference but is working in this area and
would be interested in contributing a paper to the volume, please contact
the editor, Di Hart (dhart at nelsonbay.com).
