Come on, Judith, you cant expect us to believe this.
As I said before, and I did reread your papers before adding my 2 cents
worth, you describe the bone in the lowest archaeological horizon as
being variably mineralised, abraded and *reworked*. That counts as
'disturbance' in my (and many other people's) book.
I cannot comment further not having visited the site, but either you
meant what you wrote, or you have to present us with
geomorphological/sedimentological evidence that falsifies your previous
statements.
