hoax virus

Dear all,
 
The jdbgmgr.exe file is NOT a virus. The programme is actually a module used by the Internet Explorer web browser.  Deleting it will have no effect except to waste your valuable time...it will be re-generated the next time you fire up your computer.
 
This hoax virus message has been doing the rounds for several months now.
