Reminder: CRC LEME Regional Regolith Symposia

Regolith 2004

The Cooperative Research Centre for Landscape Environments and Mineral
Exploration (CRC LEME), Australia, is pleased to announce three symposia
highlighting the state of regolith research in 2004. These symposia will
be held over three weeks in three separate cities:
     * Central Symposium: University of Adelaide, Adelaide SA, 10-12
November 2004
     * Western Symposium: Curtin University of Technology, Perth WA,
18-19 November 2004
     * Eastern Symposium: Australian National University, Canberra
ACT,24-26 November 2004

The second Circular for Regolith 2004 is now available on the CRC LEME
WWW site. The circular contains details on abstract submission,
accommodation options in Adelaide, Canberra and Perth, details of
special themes at each city and registration details.

Please remember these important dates:

Abstracts must be submitted by 24 September 2004

Please register by 29 October to avoid the higher rate.

Abstract submission and registration details are available on the CRC
LEME WWW site at http://crcleme.org.au/ or from the Supervising Editor
and Canberra Convener, Dr Ian Roach (see below).

We hope that you can join us at one of the venues and make Regolith
2004 even more successful than the 2003 symposia, which attracted 106
presenters over 7 days in three cities!
