Hi Everyone,

The second circular for the Australasian INTIMATE meeting is now
available to be downloaded from the Oz INTIMATE website at http://
www.uow.edu.au/science/eesc/research/oz_intimate/. The date of the
meeting is the 10-11th February and is to be held at the University
of Auckland. The principle objectives of the meeting are:
1. To compare Australian and New Zealand onshore and offshore
reference records for OIS 2 and 2/1 transition
2. To produce a provisional Australasian regional events stratigraphy
or to determine that a single stratigraphy is not possible and to
define sub-regions with provisional stratigraphies for each.
This circular has the schedule of the meeting. Let me know if you
need any extra info.

Please note that we have some funds to support participation by
students and by early career scientists so if theres anyone you feel
might benefit from attending please let them know.

Hope to see many of you there.

With best wishes,

Chris

Slartibartfast: Science has achieved some wonderful things of
course, but I'd far rather be happy than right any day
Arthur Dent: And are you?
Slartibartfast: No. Thats where it all falls down of course.
Arthur Dent: Pity. It sounded like quite a good lifestyle otherwise.
