[Aqualist] Special issue call for papers

Dear All,

 

Following on from the Association of Environmental Archaeology's one-day conference held in Portsmouth (UK) in September 2006 (on the topic of coastal and maritime archaeology) (see http://www.envarch.net/latest/events.htm#ONEDAY), we are planning to publish the proceedings as a special issue of the "Journal of Island and Coastal Archaeology". This is a peer reviewed journal edited by Scott Fitzpatrick and Jon McVey Erlandson, and published by Routledge (see http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/titles/15564894.asp).

 

In order to qualify for a complete special issue, we must fulfil the journal's international remit. Hence we are looking for additional papers on suitable topics that must be from non-European areas (we have sufficient European topics already). Please contact either Andy Hammon (andy.hammon at english-heritage.org.uk) or me to discuss submission proposals.
