Dear All,
I would like to thank all who nominated students for the forthcoming
Student Workshop at ANU on "Contemporary Challenges in the
Archaeology and Environmental History of the Asia-Pacific Region,
10-12 Sept 2007", and to congratulate all those students who have
been selected to attend. A total of 21 students have been supported
from New Zealand and Australia after emailed invitations to 28
departments in the region that have Quaternary Science or Archaeology
as part of their undergraduate courses. We believe that this will be
an exciting and rewarding event for all those participating.
Further details on the workshop seminar timetable and activites list
will be available in August. A draft outline is now available at the
