On another note in relation to sessions at INQUA and the student travel grants - I am lead on the INQUA 1001 "Quaternary coastal change and records of extreme marine inundation on coastal environments". We have proposed a session at Bern on "Quaternary records of coastal evolution and human interactions". I have not heard back yet and have just sent an e-mail checking on the status. If it is successful and any of the students are coastal orientated then there is a session there waiting for them.
Also the INQUA1001 project and IGCP588 "Preparing for coastal Change" would be interested in looking at joining in with the PAGES AQUA Bid and having sessions at the conference.
