[Aqualist] OZ-INTIMATE workshop

The next OZ-INTIMATE workshop will be held at AINSE on the 7-8th December and we welcome all who are available to attend. The focus of the research group is the integration of records from across the broader Australian region over the past 30+ ka. 

We thought we would change the structure for this meeting a little. In the first session, we will have an introduction from the co-ordinators and an update from each of the regional leaders. After lunch we will break out into regional groupings to discuss the intricacies of the records. Within the groups, we should attempt to scrutinise the records, looking for the timing of the key transitions, their nature (abrupt, gradual, flickering) and the response (hot-cold, wet-dry), bearing in mind the integrity of the proxy and the basis of the chronology. We will continue in this format following afternoon tea, but give people the option to change groups. 

On the second day, we would like to see a synthesis from each of the groups and an outline of what they would see as their INQUA presentation/publication. This will be a ~15 minute presentation, ~45 minutes for discussion. The final session will be an attempt at putting it all together.
