I know a lot of you are in Bern at INQUA, but there is still some time to put your application in for access to ANSTO facilities.
ITRAX will hopefully be on-line before Christmas and the backlog cleared early 2012.

Applications for 2012 AINSE Research Awards are now open. This is the link to the AINSE Research Awards 2012<http://grants.ainse.edu.au/> application login page.
If you have difficulties with your existing PIN and password please send an email to ainse at ainse.edu.au with "PIN and Password" as the subject.
Read the 2012 AINSE Research Awards Guidelines<http://www.ainse.edu.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/51079/2012_AINSE_Research_Awards_Guidelines_final.pdf> before starting your application.
Use the AINSE Researchers' Guides<http://www.ainse.edu.au/academic_researchers2/users_guide> to identify facilities, expertise and research fields appropriate to your proposal.
Supervisors should apply now under the AINSE Research Awards scheme for access to AINSE-supported facilities likely to be required by their research students (including Honours students) in the first half of 2012. You must indicate (in the student section of your application) that the proposal is to support an honours or postgraduate student. AINSE will contact applicants in early December requesting supporting documentation on Honours students, including name and undergraduate transcript.
Please forward this information on to those of your colleagues who may be interested. The closing date for applications is 15th September, 2011.
