[Aqualist] Call for ECRs for Science meets Parlaiment nominations

Hi AQUA folks,

The (mostly) annual Science meets Parliament event is on again this year from Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 March. As a member of STA, we are eligible to send two members to the event, and traditionally at least one of these is drawn from the AQUA membership (with the other from the committee). 

We would like to provide the opportunity for interested ECR's to represent AQUA at SmP, and are calling for nominations. If keen to attend, please send a short email (2 paragraphs max) to the Secretary (duanne.white at canberra.edu.au) by Monday 10th Feb the with the following details:

- who you are
- your position
- your main fields of interest/expertise 
- why you would make a good AQUA representative at SmP

Note that attendees mush be within 15 years of graduation of highest qualification (e.g. PhD). Also, given it is an AQUA conference year, we are directing our limited funds toward sponsoring students to come to the Mildura meeting, and unfortunately can't provide support toward travel or registration costs.
