Dear AQUAphiles

Recently I suggested to a presenter on NZ's National (Public) Radio that they interview an Australian scientist about the fascinating history of the megalakes of the arid interior and megafauna extinction. They took up on the idea and on the evening of 3 September Tim Cohen is going to be interviewed by Bryan Crump.

National Radio for NZers is 101.6 (or thereabouts) on FM, and for those who don't have a wireless (or don't understand what that is) or for Australians and those further afield the show will be broadcast live over the internet at http://www.radionz.co.nz/national/programmes/nights, and will be available later via podcast at the same URL. The timing of the interview will be available on the website on the day (3 Sept), but it will be at some time after 7 pm (NZST).
Regards
Peter Almond
