Dear colleagues,

We are currently seeking candidates for a fully funded PhD position in the NFR funded PollChem project, using pollen chemistry for palaeoecological research at the Ecological and Environmental Change Research Group at the University of Bergen. The project is using traditional and non-traditional (light microscopy) pollen analytical approaches (e.g. pollen chemistry) to understand drivers of ecological change in sediment records. If you like pollen, microscopes or spectroscopy, and would be interested in working in an international, interdisciplinary team using sediment records to address ecological questions, then please apply! Deadline 03/07/2016.

More information can be found here: http://www.uib.no/en/rg/EECRG/98775/pollchem

Please contact Alistair Seddon (alistair.seddon at uib.no) or Simon Haberle (Simon.Haberle at anu.edu.au) if you have any questions.

Cheers, Simon
