For those interested in taking the palaeoecological chronology workshop run by Dr Maarten Blaauwn using R, you can register your interest here:

He is planning to run it at the Riviera Maya (east coast of the Mexican Yucatan peninsula) end 2017 or early 2018. It is very likely to go ahead as he has had 80 responses so far, and 34 are likely to attend.
