Dear AQUA members,
as one of the longest-running journals related to Quaternary research, E&G Quaternary Science Journal (EGQSJ) is an interdisciplinary journal published by the German Quaternary Association (DEUQUA)<https://www.deuqua.org/> since 1951. DEUQUA would hereby like to announce that EGQSJ has recently changed publisher and is now professionally published by Copernicus Publications<https://publications.copernicus.org/> as open-access.
A team of young and enthusiastic Quaternary scientists have worked on re-shaping the journal's scope and appearance. EGQSJ publishes peer-reviewed articles and express reports, as well as thesis abstracts related to Quaternary geology, paleo-environments, paleo-ecology, soil science, paleo-climatology, geomorphology, geochronology, archaeology, and geoarchaeology focussing on, but not limited to, research from central Europe. Also, our editorial board now covers a wide range of international expertise. As a member of AQUA and DEUQUA, I have recently joined the editorial board as associated editor (i.e. the "Southern Hemisphere" representative...). In this role, I would very much like to invite you to consider contributing to EGQSJ by submitting your work on related fields.
For further information, please visit our updated E&G Quaternary Science Journal (EGQSJ) website https://www.eg-quaternary-science-journal.net/index.html, or send an email to janhendrikmay at unimelb.edu.au<mailto:janhendrikmay at unimelb.edu.au> (Dr. Jan-Hendrik May, School of Geography, University of Melbourne, Australia). I will be happy to help with any related questions you might have.
Best regards from Melbourne,
Henne
