Hello NZ Quaternarists! (and those interested in New Zealand Quaternary)
We have ~30 NZ-based presentations subdivided into five themes: Quaternary Life and Environments, Active Earth, Quaternary Chronology, Antarctica and our Southern Oceans, and NZ’s History of Climate and Ice.

We will start at 9:45 so it’s not too early for the Australians. The Zoom link for the day is below.
Don’t forget, our Australian colleagues will be presenting their own work on the following day (July 2nd). I will distribute a schedule for that day before the end of the week.

Just a wanted to pass along some additional information about the upcoming Quaternary science conference:
1) With the help of Helen Bostock the e-conference is now “Trans-Tasman” with NZ-based presentations on July 1st and Australia on July 2nd. People are welcome and encouraged to attend both days. If you are receiving this email through a forward, please reply to chris.moy at otago.ac.nz<mailto:chris.moy at otago.ac.nz> to be added to the distribution list.
2) We are excited to partner with Friends of the Pleistocene and AQUA for this event.
3) Finally, I am happy to extend the deadline for registering presentations until June 8th. It’s easy to register and instructions are below.
