[Aqualist] Record-breaking IPPD upload update

Dear Aqualist,

In the past month, 10 new records from the Indo-Pacific region have been
uploaded to Neotoma, a record monthly total! This brings the total number
of records uploaded in 2024 to 29, which is already a record-breaking
yearly total, and we're only halfway through the year! The total number of
records overall is now at 165, over 126 sites.
