[Aqualist] IPPD monthly update

Dear Aqualist,

In the past month, 15 new records from the Indo-Pacific region have been
uploaded to Neotoma (see list below). This brings the total number of
records uploaded in 2024 to 89, with the total overall now at 225, over 165
sites.
