Dear all,

The next INQUA meeting will be held in Lucknow, India, January 28- February 3, 2027.
The call for session proposal is now open and will close on June 25 2025.
Please consider submitting a session, with instructions detailed below.


Session proposals for INQUA 2027 Congress in India

Each session module requires a minimum of 6 oral presentations (15 minutes each), a keynote presentation (30 minutes), and a half-day poster session (1.5 hours total). Conveners will have the role of selecting their session's keynote speaker.

Key Dates:

  *   Deadline for session proposals: 25 June 2025
  *   Notification of session acceptance: 25 July 2025
  *   INQUA 2027 Congress: 28 January - 3 February 2027, Lucknow, India

To propose a session, please submit a document containing the following details to inquascience at gmail.com:

  *   Lead Convener: (Name, affiliation, and email address)
  *   Co-Conveners: (Name(s), affiliation(s), and email address(es))
  *   Session title: (Maximum 150 characters, including spaces)
  *   Running title: (10 words or less)
  *   Session description: (Maximum 1000 characters, including spaces)
  *   Relevant INQUA Commission: (CMP, PALCOMM, HABCOM, SACCOM, TERPRO)
  *   Secondary Commission: (Optional)
  *   Keywords: (Maximum 5)
  *   Scientific theme
  *   Outreach session description for non-specialists: (Maximum 500 characters, including spaces)
  *   Time requirement: (1 or 2 session modules (4 hours total))
