Uncertainty about Japan's economic prospects have deepened with the onset 
of the downturn and the impact of September 11 in the United States.  What 
economic policy options are left for Japan? Can Prime Minister Koizumi's 
restructuring strategy work?  Has Japan run out of options?  Three panel 
experts will address these issues.
