Third Australia-Malaysia Conference
Monday March 25th to Wednesday March 27th 2002

Malaysian Society and Industry in the New Century: Where are they Now,
and Where are they Going?

Venue:

The Great Hall, University House, The Australian National University,
Canberra

About the Conference:

The Conference, the third in a highly successful series, will involve
papers by twelve distinguished Malaysian and Australian scholars,
business persons, politicians and other analysts. The Conference is
the third in a highly successful series. The program will be
stimulating and informative, and attending this event is a must for
academics, business persons, public servants, members of NGOs, others
dealing with Malaysia.

There is no registration charge, but you are encouraged to register
and indicate your particular interests. There is a charge for the
Conference Dinner on the night of Tuesday, March 26th, however. This
dinner will be attended by senior Australian and Malaysian government
representatives, and diners will be entertained by a cultural
group. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided during breaks in
proceedings.
