 On the occasion of the Melbourne launch of 'Chega!' (Enough!), the report of the Comissão de Acolhimento, Verdade e Reconciliação (CAVR), Timor-Leste's Commission for Reception, Truth and Reconciliation

 

The Timor-Leste Studies Association has pleasure in inviting you to a Forum to discuss the future of justice and reconciliation in Timor-Leste.



 Tuesday 14th November 2006

2.30 - 4.30pm



Leading our discussion will be former CAVR Chair Aniceto Guterres Lopes Special Advisor to CAVR Pat Walsh and former CAVR Commissioner Isabel Guterres.  The Forum will be chaired by Dr Damien Grenfell, currently researching the CAVR process at RMIT's Globalism Institute.

 


Venue:  Room C915, 9th floor, Victoria University,

300 Flinders St, Melbourne.
 

Following the forum attendees are welcome to walk up to RMIT by 6.00pm for the launch of Chega! by Bishop Hilton Deakin in Casey Plaza Building 10.4.27.

Copies of 'Chega!' and other publications of the CAVR

will be available at the launch.
