[TimorLesteStudies] Request for report: Rui Gomes 2007 Public Perceptions on the Justice System in Timor-Leste

The following request is from Pádraig McAuliffe via the ETAN list: 

 Apologies to anyone not interested in this e-mail, I'm conscious the
network is not usually used for requests such as this. I am a PhD researcher
writing a PhD on justice sector reconstruction in Timor-Leste, and require
some assistance. If anyone could e-mail me a copy of Rui Gomes' 2007 UNDP
Report Public Perceptions on the Justice System in Timor-Leste, I would
greatly appreciate it. Contacting UNDP has proven unsuccessful in this
regard. Similarly, if anyone could update me on the progress of the Tetum
language dictionary for the justice system, it would be much appreciated.
Finally, if there are any people on the ETAN list who would be willing to
examine a few brief articles on language politics in the justice sector and
on links between the formal justice sector and local/traditional law
mechanisms for factual errors, it would be much appreciated.
