[TimorLesteStudies] Where is Carta Magna?

I have always relied on being able to find the classic document of Timorese policy-making, the Carta Magna,
on Geocities for my teaching and research.  Now I learn Geocities has folded and I didn't retreive a copy 
before it did, does anyone know where it has gone in cyberspace? (I can't locate it with a search engine).
