Dear friends,
Please find below the program for the forthcoming International Symposium “Heritage and Culture of Timor-Leste.  This symposium will be held in Casa Europa, Dili, between the 14th and the 17th of October. Associated to this event, an exhibition on the “Rock Art of East Timor” will be on display in the same venue until mid-November.
Both the symposium and the exhibition are organised by the Office of the State Secretariat of Culture and National Directorate of Culture. They aim at showcasing some of the best examples of cultural heritage assets and projects we are currently engaged with – or aspire at engaging with. The symposium will bring together national and international experts on culture and cultural heritage management in Timor-Leste and hopefully will allow a fertile discussion between cultural agents, Government, non-Government Organisations and other interested parties.
A cultural fair in the courtyard of Casa Europa will be opened to the public between the 15th and the 17th of October.
For any additional information, please do not hesitate in contacting me or Mr. Lucas Serrão Lopes at lucas1835 at yahoo.com.
Kind regards,
Nuno
