[TimorLesteStudies] Class IV Visa forms

Hi,

Has anyone got a blank PDF version of the Class IV (Cultural, media, 
research) visa forms for Timor-Leste? The link on the government website 
is broken and I need to apply for this visa (as opposed to a tourist 
visa due to insurance and uni policy)

Also, if anyone has been through the process to apply for this research 
visa, your advice would be most welcome! (e.g processing time, extra 
documents required)
