[TimorLesteStudies] Looking for Mario Carrascalao's Interview archive

Dear all,
I've been trying to locate one of Mario Carrascalao's interviews with one of the 
Indonesian magazines (Tempo?) shortly after the Santa Cruz massacre in 1991 (the 
then Governor of East Timor). I remember in the interview he was presenting his 
views on Timorese culture, and how the (Indonesian) central government miss 
understood the Timorese people. 

Is there any institution keeping records of the media coverage on Timor during 
this period?
