Dear researchers of the TLSA,
I hereby would like to thank you for your enthusiastic reactions and support for the literature project of the Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies in Dili. Together with some of the student volunteers we organized and made a catalogue of the existing books. Articles in PDF were burned on CDs so that the students can access them on the computer of the IPCS. To my regret I am no longer in Dili. Nevertheless I will continue collecting literature in PDF format and find ways to get it from the Netherlands to Dili once in a while.
In the IPCS the director, Antero Benedito da Silva, together with one of the students, Benyamin dos Santos, will continue to be responsible for the project. Their email addresses are:
