[TimorLesteStudies] Taylor and Francis Free Access to Journals for Authors

Dear All,

Taylor and Francis publishing group are giving free access to their 
journals for a week (to be used when you need it), for researchers in 
Southeast Asia and elsewhere.
It will be useful particularly for independent East Timorese researchers 
who find it difficult to access journals, which otherwise might require 
subcription fees.
