> Ms Hiroko Inoue is a PhD candidate of School of Regulation, Justice, and Diplomacy. She studied law, politics and international relations at Tohoku University and Waseda University in Japan, as well as at Australian National University, and holds Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from Tohoku University. Prior to her PhD she worked for the UN Integrated Mission in Timor-Leste (UNMIT) during presidential and parliamentary elections in Timor-Leste in 2007.
