Seminar on Semi-Presidentialism by the Dili Chapter of Timor-Leste Studies Association.

On Friday 29th of August, at 16.00 TLSA Dili Chapter (in formation) will present its second seminar.
The speaker will be Rui Feijo, whose book "O Semi-Presidecialismo Timorense' was recently launched in Dili.
He will speak on Semi-Presidentialism and its Alternatives, and hopefully there will be a lively discussion.

Venue is upstairs seminar room, Peace Centre, UNTL Campus Caicoli. This is the former CNIC building, closest to Obrigado Barracks on the Caicoli Campus near the front fence.

There will also be some discussion about the setting up of the TLSA Chapter in Dili in time for members to play a role in the next TLSA Conference which will be in July 2015. Volnteers to join the organizing committee are most welcome.
