Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic *Monitoring
& Evaluation Officer *to support the Governance for Development (GfD)
program.



Through the GfD program, the Australian Government is assisting the
Government of Timor-Leste to implement its Strategic Development Plan by
working with central agencies to improve systems that are most important to
economic management and service delivery. Assistance is provided by the
Australian Government through the provision of GfD Support Services managed
by Cardno Emerging Markets.



This is a locally engaged staff position and will be based in Dili.  The
successful candidate will work as part of a team of highly skilled
professionals.



Applicants should have a post-secondary or tertiary qualification along
with relevant monitoring and evaluation work experience.



The duration of the contract will be for 2 years, with the possibility of
extension.
