[TimorLesteStudies] New DIT language website, and new presentations on Timorese languages

The Centre for Language Studies at Dili Institute of Technology has put a
lot of new resources onto its revamped website www.tetundit.tl. These
include the following presentations given at the 7th East Nusantara
