Article themes/topics for the issue can include:<br>- contemporary law reform relating to women’s rights (that is, laws debated, passed or implemented within about the last five years);<br>- contemporary women’s rights movements (that is, agitations for legal change within about the last five years);<br>- women’s advocacy on topics such as sexual, gender-based or domestic violence in relation to legal regulation or from a socio-legal perspective;<br>- political and social tensions between different groups in society related to the progression or limitation of women’s rights; and<br>- any article with a critical or intersectional focus on the experiences under law or impact of the law on different groups of women within a society.<br>Articles for AJAL are usually 8-12,000 </div></div>
