[Galileo] anonymous survey on intentionality

I am conducting a web-based survey on philosophers' and scientists'  
judgments about intentionality in the context of scientific research.  
I would like to ask you to complete a very brief (approximately 5  
minutes) questionnaire on-line. Your participation would be greatly  
appreciated.

This is an entirely anonymous questionnaire, and so your responses  
will not be identifiable in any way.  All responses are confidential,  
and results will be kept under lock and key.
