AAHPSSS has received the email below with the comment that "quite a lot" of the AAHPSSS people have not yet paid their conference fees.

Please note that AAP is effectively barring from attendance, people who do not pay by 25 June (next Wednesday).

Dear AAP2008 Delegate

The conference organizers¹ records show that you have apparently not yet
paid the registration fee for AAP2008.  There will not be facilities at
Storey Hall for processing payments, and so we are writing to request that
you pay in full on-line by June 25 at the very latest. Because of security
considerations at the venue, access to Storey Hall will be restricted during
the conference, and only badge-holders will be permitted entry.  We
therefore request that you settle your account as soon as possible so that a
badge can be prepared and issued.

In the case of people who have offered papers, we have entered the speaker¹s
name and paper title on the provisional timetable in lighter type.  These
papers will be withdrawn from the timetable on June 26 unless payment has
been received by that date.  Papers withdrawn will be replaced by papers
from the reserve list submitted by those who have paid their conference
registration fee.

If you have already paid, and have received this email in error, we
apologize.  Please contact the organizers immediately, quoting your receipt
number and the exact date of payment, so that your file can be updated to
show your correct details.
