Subject: [Int-Law] Commonwealth countries request
Dear Colleagues, we're planning to spend some time on this question
ourselves, but I thought colleagues from any of these jurisdictions -
UK, India, Canada, New Zealand and Fiji - might be able to report
anecdotally on particular cases they are aware of locally.
We are seeking cases in Commonwealth jurisdictions which involved a
Minister of the Crown who was charged with and found guilty of any or
all of these offences - official corruption, the taking of secret
commissions, perjury.
Thank you (again)
Barbara Flowers
