[IntLawProfessors] Intergenerational equity

[Wil Burns]

I am discussing the role of intergeneration equity in the context of climate
geoengineering and am looking for treaties and other instruments that
incorporate the principle. I have focused on international environmental
treaty regimes, but would appreciate suggestions of treaties in other
contexts, as well as other sources, including domestic instruments and soft
law incarnations, either within or outside the context of environmental
