If anyone can respond to the following inquiry about Mauritania, please contact Jill Baisinger, jbaisinger at morganlewis.com<mailto:jbaisinger at morganlewis.com>.

"In connection with legal representation, I'm looking for someone who can provide an opinion or more general information regarding the current political situation in Mauritania. I am especially interested in information regarding (1) the degree to which the government does or does not respect human rights, particularly the rights of assembly and right to change one's government, and (2) the government's treatment of opposition group members."

Thanks!
