Greetings colleagues,
 
It is with sadness that I note that Jacob Katz Cogen has decided today to discontinue his excellent blog the International Law Reporter ( http://ilreports.blogspot.com/ ). Since May 2007, Jacob has provided us with 4850 posts on items of interest to international lawyers worldwide.  Indeed, it served as an inspiration for my Weekly Digest. Thanks Jacob.
