Greetings colleagues,
 
This week's edition of the Digest is attached.  A couple of things to note.  The Digest now has its own home on the web.  Increasing popularity and its specialised nature made it an awkward fit on my more general blog.  The new URL is: http://theantonweeklydigestofinternationallaw.com/.  
 
In addition, I have been in discussions with a well known publisher and private backers to improve functionality and implement a more detailed hierarchy.  Hopefully these talks will bear fruit over the next several months.  The aim, however, is to keep the Digest open and free.
 
Finally, the task of compiling just a week of international law scholarship and related material has become so time consuming that I have brought several ANU law students associate editors on board.  Welcome Emily Kerr, Caitlin Powell, Kate Robinson and Jean Yuan.
